The Marshall Lane School Site Council is seeking applicants for this important committee, The purpose of this group is as follows:

 

The School Site Council (SSC) is a decision-making group composed of parents, community representatives, and school staff members.  The School Site Council’s primary responsibility is to oversee the funds the school receives under the Local Control Assessment Plan (LCAP). The funds are designed to improve student performance as measured by standardized tests, the District’s assessment program, and classroom performance.  The Council assists in developing and approving the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). In addition, the SSC reviews and approves the Comprehensive School Safety Plan.
