Upcoming Events

As we head into the last few weeks of school, here a few reminders of upcoming events.  Please note that parent assistance is needed to ensure the success of the events highlighted in red.  Please consider helping if you can.  Thank you!

 *Hicklebee’s Book Fair—Monday, May 23rd to Friday, May 27th

Help is still needed in order to have the book fair open at lunch and after school for our students to be able to shop. We also need help to pack up the remaining books on Friday afternoon.  Please consider volunteering for a shift if you can.  Log onto Konstella or call our office at (408) 364-4259 to sign up to help.

*Wednesday, May 25th

Coffee with the Superintendent at 8:30 a.m.—Join us for an informal opportunity to speak to Dr. Andrew

Wax Museum—3rd grade classes from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m.  (Ask your teacher for the time your class will present.)            

Stories Songs and Sketches from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. which includes our Book Fair, Mustang Chorale Performance, and Art Connections show.  Hope to see you there!

*Tuesday, May 31st—Family BINGO Night from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.  DATE CHANGE

*Wednesday, June 1st—Field Day—We still need parents to help from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. to set up, run activities and clean up.  Training will be provided by Mrs. Medalen for the activities. Log on to Konstella or call our office at (408) 364-4259 to sign up to help.  Thank you!

*Thursday, June 2nd—Book Exchange for 3rd to 5th grades

*Friday, June 3rd—Book Exchange for TK to 2nd grades

 Students may bring gently used books and receive tickets to exchange them for a different book in the same category on their appropriate day for the Book Exchange.

*Monday, June 6th to Wednesday, June 8th—All students will be dismissed at 1:35 p.m.

*Tuesday, June 7th—5th grade promotion at 8:45 a.m.

*Wednesday, June 8th—Last day of school for the 2015-2016 school year
