Staff Changes at Marshall Lane

I am pleased to report that our entire talented group of teachers will be returning to Marshall Lane this year, with the exception of one teacher. Ms. Andrea Lawryk decided to return to Rosemary where she did her student teaching. She will be teaching 4th grade this year. We wish her well.

Former Campbell Middle teacher, Kim Sisemore will be joining our 5th grade staff. We are very fortunate to have a former middle school teacher at our school to assist us in preparing our students as they move on to 6th grade. Please join me in welcoming her into the Marshall Lane family.

Also joining our teaching staff this year are three teachers from Rhythm & Moves, an outside agency that assists us in providing preparation periods for our teachers.  Tavia Harwell and  Sky Swab will be teaching p.e. to our students. Linda Jacoben will be teaching music along with our district music teacher, Sharon Rosen.  Our preparation periods continue to been aligned on Mondays and Wednesdays to allow more time for our teachers to collaborate during the school day and still provide the students with the correct number of instructional minutes.
