Rhythm and Moves Newsletter - September '15
We hope your school year is off to a great start. We are filled with joy and gratitude to be a part of your school community.
Each year, we choose a theme to guide both our learning as professional educators and our teaching in schools. We are both inspired and motivated by our theme for the 2015-2016 school year: Mindfulness.
Each month, we create a newsletter to share with each of our schools. We encourage each school to distribute this newsletter with their school communities as there is important health news for mindfulness, fitness and nutrition. This newsletter can be distributed in paper or electronic format. We will send a .pdf format electronically on the first Friday of each month. The goal of the monthly newsletter is to share information to inspire and empower as many people as possible to live a healthy lifestyle by taking care of their body, mind, and heart each day.
