Project Cornerstone Survey

As you know, we have a long-standing partnership with Project Cornerstone.  This has been a very positive initiative for our school and our students. Every five years, a survey is administered to 4th and 5th graders to determine the progress they are making with their efforts.  Last week, you received a form to fill out if you do not want your child to participate.  A copy of the survey is available for parents to view at:
