Principal's Message - May 21, 2015

Dear Marshall Lane Parents,

What a great Walkathon event we had last Friday! All of the students really seemed to enjoy themselves. We appreciate all of the families who attended the after school portion of the event. A special thanks to the Walkathon core committee—Agnes Amistoso, Dawn Byron, Miranda Meisenbach, Marcia Kennedy, and Shelley Feiven-Alleston. We also appreciate the leads— Mark & Esther Mantelli, Lauren Froman, Brad Hunt, Colleen Balough, Chelsea O’Neill, Tonni Cordani, Heather Boger, Amanda Williams, Stacey Siebold, Jeannie DaQuino, John Ross and Miranda’s mom, Theresa. A special thanks to the main organizer—Gini Bellawalla and her husband, Yacoub. Gini has been involved in the Walkathon throughout her time at Marshall Lane. This is her last year and she will be greatly missed. Thank you, Gini!

Each year, our district collects information from parents, students, and staff members about various aspects of our school program. Parent surveys will be coming home next week. Please fill them out and return them as quickly as possible. We appreciate your help with collecting this important information. Thank you!

Students in 3rd to 5th grades and staff members will also be taking the survey online at school during the week of May 11th.
