On Monday, our students experienced an assembly conducted by marine biologist, Wayne Brown, and diving instruction, Karen Brown. The topic of the assembly was whales and students learned information about humpback whales and viewed photos from an expedition in the Caribbean. Thanks to assembly coordinators, Teri Tarshis, Stephanie Griffith, and Cathy Mathiesen for all of the wonderful assemblies that they have organized this year and to the PTA for the funds to pay for these great learning opportunities for our students. |
