Digital Back-to-School Packets

Campbell Union School District is going paperless this year, so you won't receive the big envelope of registration materials from Marshall Lane this year.

Did you receive a link to your digital back to school packet by email from our District Office?  Were you able to fill out all of the information online?

Complete the online packet.  Be sure to include all requested information.  Note:  Emergency contacts are someone other than parents. Ideally they are living in the area and are someone that we may call in the event of an emergency IF we were unable to reach parent(s).  

Check all emails provided to the district.  Digital links were sent to every family using the email address provided for parent listed as ‘Parent 1’.  Still can’t find a link or having trouble with link received?  Return the request for printed Back-To-School Packet for School form that was sent by mail on July 27, 2018.  (Only if you were unable to complete digital packet online, hard-copies may be picked up from the school office Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM)

In order to have up-to-date information about all of our students, it is important that these forms are filled out each year for every child.  We appreciate your help with doing this in a timely manner.  Thank you!
